When you hear the word tax office, you have a queasy feeling at first. Someone once told me it was a robber baron's castle But let's be honest, the people who work there are just doing their job. And I think they do well too. I had a really positive feeling when I had a problem with my tax return. I had so many questions on my mind. I bravely called there and I had a nice man on the phone. All questions answered and really very friendly. Unfortunately I don't remember the name. But if you should read this, a big thank you from me 👍. Nobody can get past the tax office, but you don't have to have a queasy feeling. We humans should simply be friendly to one another (then it will also work with the tax office 😁👍). Klaudia Hellmann

Ich kann die Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Man hat mir schnell weitergeholfen und die Mitarbeiterin hat mich sogar zurückgerufen. Die Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter ist immer sehr nett und auf Augenhöhe. Weiter so!

I can only say great. I had to get some information for my son-in-law and would give great advice. All my questions were answered competently, even when asked how long it took to process, I was honestly told that it could take a little longer. You can live with this statement, you can adjust to it. Everyone should think about how it is in their own profession, you cannot do more than how. Tolerance and understanding make life easier for all of us

Understand everything, you do everything they say and still they can't get it right, and you have to keep fighting afterwards !! If you call, you can't get on the line or are connected and hung up incorrectly ..... I really puke, I don't have time to hang on to the phone all day !! Just to iron out your mistakes !!!! 😡😡😡
