Dispenser defective. Diesel ran out of the gun and the only comment was, next time refuel at a different pillar

Way too expensive. Even with normal questions about repairs, as soon as he takes a quick look at the car, he wants to cash in for just under ten minutes. Then he tries to enforce his claims by withholding the car key. Embarrassing something!

Problem with the car in the workshop not solved, nevertheless cashed. An invoice was refused when requested. The workshop would never issue invoices. At 60 EUR an hour at a free workshop I can expect an invoice, right? In addition, service rendered.
