Super friendly acceptance. The counterparty insurance pays no price.
On my last visit to the body and paint center, I had a damage (Macke) on the front and rear rim.
I was not with the rear axle in the yard, there was the one employee, who is responsible for the cost estimates since with his camera and wanted to make necessarily a Kva.
When I told him that I would settle this first with the insurance, I came back a few hours later with the release of the insurance.
Now another really competent and friendly staff was there.
He declined the order, because he was so honest and told me that the damage can not be repaired by the painter, since the rim must be sandblasted.
Literally he said: "I'm sorry, but we can not fix your damage, because we do not get it as well Qualitatively as you imagine and as it should be"!
Then I had to go to a free paint shop.
I thank you for the honesty, and just because of this "stars.
However, it is an impudence to have a damage repaired, even though you know that you can not get it qualitatively !!
In addition, the damage was just under € 1000, and in the free workshop only 450 with sandblasting, painting, filling, balancing etc. etc.
That's how you forget your customers.
I will not come back!
