At first a friendly demeanor and good advice, but it was never implemented. Calls on my part were quickly "turned off" and I never received a promised callback. Other dealers told me that my wish could not be implemented at all (rim not approved for the car, wrong tire combination, different bolt circle, etc. -> probably no approval by the TÜV). If I had been told in advance that this was not possible, it would not have been a problem at all, but this behavior unfortunately made it my first and last visit.

If a company offers a perfect performance, you should also be allowed to call it public. I live in the village and had no contact to this company so far. Due to a puncture I was made aware of company Diekmann. I needed an exotic size 295/25 21 inches .... other dealers called delivery times of 4 days. Diekmann delivered and assembled on my doorstep 1 day after my order. The friendliness and sovereign style, have left a deep impression on me ... of the expertise and price-performance I am thrilled. Thanks again. This is rare!
