Top service at fair prices

Absolutely horrible behavior and a very unprofessional appearance the customer compared experienced by the owner. Have ordered a vehicle part, he has first demanded 3 times, had no choice and pledged, then the part was "attached" to the car. Days later we were called and informed that we can pick it up. We went there in the morning (after we had waited 4 days) then noticed that the part is still loose, then pointed it out and were told 4 hours later to come back. Back in the afternoon to pay the bill and then came the hammer, he has not only required 3 times for his part but also doubled his working time as we have advised him to pull the screw from the part tighter so it does not wobble , In another impact, it would be over again, as if that were not enough we have to pay extra for the painting of the part ... although that would have to be considerate when ordering the part !! The worst is the unprofessional acting of the owner, we kindly advised him to think the price, especially since it was his mistake that the part was loose, he would be totally aggressive, started to scream and asked us to leave the room !? Something demuetigendes I've never experienced in my life, I think it's a pity that it is not easy to talk to some people for a discomfort reasonably and can come face to face. That was my experience with Autoservice Morgenroth, it was really not a great one and I would not recommend it in any case. Kind regards, Sadaf
