I don't understand some of the reviews here. The staff is super friendly, so far we have always been helped very well. Above all, my impression is that all employees are very competent. Everything else is great too, just typical Rossmann. I can only give 5 stars!

Superb Rossmann branch. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I got professional advice. No long waiting at the till. The shop is very well maintained and well managed. I would love to come back!

Really outrageous, was there with my sister today, there was a so-called Nadine in the aisle with a customer, just wanted to stop by. Have said "I can forgive you briefly" was ignored the first time, when I repeated myself with the same sentence I was simply shouted at with a loud, enthusiastic "YES" !!!! Doesn't work at all !!!! I was polite and didn't do anything bad so reacting to a customer is just embarrassing !!! She should think again if she really wants to do a job with people around her !!!!

very unfriendly employees, queue almost 10 meters nobody comes after 5 minutes ... and then slowly cashed in and really cheeky ... a shame Rossmann likes but they have to teach the employees a bit of courtesy
