Nine bags ordered in box, seven I got delivered. Supposedly (I think so too) a box of 2 boxes at GLS went "lost". Then a delivery with the two missing boxes should come by UPS. The UPS box would have been enough for two boxes, but contained only one. Today I get the message that if VinoToni does not get the money for the missing box from UPS, I will no longer be supplied. So I am supposed to be the culprit? I bought, paid for seconds and at least as much trouble about the delivery as VinoToni. Never did something like this happen to another supplier. Only send the stop all with DHL. The statement is an impudence without equal. Luckily witnesses that only one bag was in the box. In the meantime I do not believe so completely that there were two bags in it. Because even with a previous delivery came too few bags and only on demand, the two missing.

Bad experience. I don't know who it came from, but a shipment of wine I had requested came to me partial and incorrect. When I asked the shop, I received an absolutely unsatisfactory answer.
