Unfortunately, given the current security situation in Germany, also due to the events in the past annual changes, unfortunately currently in the population leads to undesirable interactions, we advise against it. Personally, I find nothing objectionable here. I was astonished when the Cologne Refugee Council reacted, was outraged and accused the police in a press release so-called Racial profiling - a targeted approach based on ethnic aspects. The State Office for Central Police Services (LZPD) distanced itself from the mail sent and expressly regrets it. It is an internal and unauthorized letter. "The wording in this letter is exclusive," spokeswoman Nadine Perske noted self-critically. "It gives the impression that immigrants should not attend carnival events. (...) The LZPD NRW (...) deeply regrets the rightly caused concern. »Whose concern? The Cologne Refugee Council? That I do not laugh, all hypocritical in my opinion. Too bad that after such a good advice man distanced himself from it and also apologized.
