Hard to believe, we are in 2020, the parcel service works without a hand-held scanner! Anyone who wants to process the delivery with mobile phone barcodes cannot be satisfied here!

Parcel acceptance is continuously not possible for whatever reasons, as already written in the previous reviews, the opening times do not apply to parcel acceptance, this is not possible on weekends, on public holidays and not even after 4 p.m. Incomprehensible and unnecessarily complicated, therefore not recommended.

No parcel acceptance on weekends? I either offer the service or I leave it. Unfortunately, this is absolutely not satisfactory

Really bad service. Although this is a gas station that is open until 10 p.m. every day, it does not accept after 4 p.m. or on weekends. People who go to work on weekdays, what should they do? And at least once a week the device is broken so that you can be sent away again. You can do without this UPS Access Point !!! Very bad service !!!
