defective machines, you can't deposit anything, nobody seems to want to worry about that either even with repeated references nothing has happened but always charge extremely high fees

I was always greeted warmly, even without an appointment. We could always be helped even if you had to make a small detour to your destination. Unfortunately, the self-service area is very cramped and because of the very high throughput there has also been a bit of a drop. But this does not detract from the effort of cleanliness. We always like to come back.
