Very dissatisfied, I did a reservation one week before, and when I was there, they said to me, that it was cancelled and if I wanted to have a car, I should pay double yhat they told me in my first reservation.

Never again !!! Unfortunately you have to give 1 star. You didn't deserve that either. On April 16 reserved a van online and deposited my credit card details. On April 17th my cancellation was confirmed to me by email. However, I hadn't canceled anything at all, I needed a van. A telephone inquiry showed that the cancellation came from Europcar, not mine, because they had no suitable vehicle at all. That alone is a cheek. Although Europcar did not provide any services, since April 16. (since 11 days) my credit card charged with almost 150 euros. A telephone inquiry showed: get it back but I don't know when. Unfortunately everything happens automatically. And on my credit card there are still 150 euros blocked without any payment. Untrustworthy no longer works. Stay away from Europcar.
