As total newcomers to camping, we rented a mobile home from Ms. Hertrich for 2 weeks in the summer. The handover and the briefing were great! If we had any questions, we were able to reach Ms. Hertrich during the vacation. The motorhome was very well equipped (Dishes, chairs, table, etc.) and in top condition. We felt very comfortable! Gladly again...

We spontaneously rented the Hertrich family's mobile home for a week and, as absolute newcomers to camping, we were completely convinced of the car, the briefing, the availability of the landlady and the return! We will definitely repeat offenders, say “thank you” again and send 5 stars to Hagen.

We had rented a mobile home from Ms. Hertrich for a week during the autumn holidays 2020. From the first contact to the return, we always felt that we were in good hands. Even when a small problem arose on the way, we were helped within a few minutes. The mobile home was very clean and well-kept and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We also found the very detailed video instructions particularly helpful. We can only recommend Ms. Hertrich as the landlady.
