Our engine control light from our Audi A4 built in 2017 shone. Concerned, we called the Pfeffer dealership. So far we have also done the service or other necessary work on the car. Our worried call was not taken seriously. An appointment "tomorrow" or "the day after tomorrow" was offered to us. We thought Hey, it's about the engine. As a layman, I was really very worried. A friend advised me to call Autofit Kaßelmann. He raved about this company. I called Mrs. Kaßelmann at reception. The lady was unbeatable for friendliness and customer orientation! I told her our concern. She asked us to come immediately. We quickly got some tips on what to do if the car made strange noises. After the cost question for reading out the error, the answer was, first of all it doesn't cost you anything. I felt like I was in the wrong film. So there are still the exceptions, after all, of simply wanting to help. When I arrived, Mrs. Kaßelmann was waiting for me. She called her husband, Mr. Kaßelmann, who had already been informed about the incident. After a short consultation, Mr. Kaßelmann started troubleshooting and actually took a test drive to be able to read out the error more precisely. In the meantime we were offered drinks. Fortunately, Mr. Kaßelmann didn't confirm a major defect afterwards. I was reassured and our day was saved. We actually didn't want more from our previous specialist workshop. I asked how I can settle this service now and Mr. Kaßelmann said no at that moment. Recommend us to others it was said! I am writing such a long text because I want to express how great Autofit Kaßelmann really is! Quality management is a smooth one. If I could I would give 10 stars. Thank you very much, Ms. Kaßelmann, thank you very much, Mr. Kaßelmann. Such service is not a matter of course these days!

The employees at Autofit Kaßelmann are very nice, competent and always helpful. When repairing my car, I was given extensive advice and informed about every step. That's why I like to give 5 stars!

To change the bulbs, they wanted to remove the whole fender. I then went to the competition. The competition made it much cheaper by simply changing the bulbs without removing the fender.
