A stupid fat cashier wanted to keep my Ec card today (04.08.2020 ... 12.20 ... first checkout opposite the exit) because the PIN number of the card I always used was wrong 3 times and for this reason she wanted keep my card without explanation! She wanted to see my ID first, something that she is not allowed to ask as far as I know .. it may be that the device was broken, so the PIN did not work! Cheek something !!

Here is the employee with the deer tattoo on hand. 😉🙋‍♀️ If you use original goods before you have bought them, this is theft! And if you call me Sch ..., it is clear that you will be kicked out because of that.

Be careful, in my opinion there were none at all !! Distance rules observed. The staff reacted extremely roughly and completely incomprehensibly to my request to comply with and enforce the distance rules. A customer bumped into me when I was in the box office just to pike for the sweets. I understand that nobody is up for Corona here anymore, but health comes first. On principle, I will never buy here again after Corona.

Actually I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff more than just unfriendly (based on the cosmetics department with glasses and dark blonde hair.) Next time in a different tone (customer is king;)) My first and last time there. Kind regards
