Unfortunately I found the owner not very friendly either. The criticism expressed here several times does not seem to interest them. That is a shame, because a little self-reflection would certainly be good.

Impossible boss, just in a bad mood. Should be thinking about retiring. My girlfriend worked there recently. Apparently she can't keep good staff, because nobody wants a boss like that.

Unbelievable, when you come in you are looked at as if you were supposed to go out again immediately, then when asked for a package comes: "I don't go to the warehouse for every customer, I definitely didn't arrive today." Super unappealing owner. Can just hope for everyone that their package will not be delivered there!

Unfortunately, I had to pick up parcels here quite often. Unfortunately, the owner is always unfriendly. You don't need to expect a greeting or goodbye. Furthermore, the DHL area is extremely badly organized. I can only advise you to avoid this business.
