Even though I can share the negative experiences through out of the opinion I am of the package stations in itself revolutionary. Just awesome that I can come no matter what, weeks, celebration or Sundays and my packages / returns, etc. can clean and ready. It makes life easier and is just great for anyone who either works in the opening hours, sleeps because he comes home from work or just has a weekend break. All in all, my packages are also routed quite frequently to the store. This usually happened when my ordered parcel was displayed by the shipper as a Packstation Capable even though it was too big or when there was no more room because people did not pick up their things and took the subjects. There were already some failures due to technical failure. All in all, parcel stations have pros and cons. I can not imagine anything else and let everything, if possible, run over it. Can recommend it despite all mistakes

The Packstation is advertised with the advantage of being able to pick up parcels there 24 hours a day. Theoretically. In practice, it has already happened twice that my parcels have been redirected to the nearby post office without asking. And then the advantage is gone, because I rarely come to the opening times. According to the man on the hotline, this happens very rarely, I think that with 4 packages with two redirects is not exactly rare. The nice gentleman could not or would not comply with my request to send the package back to the station or another branch. Key message (not literally): Watch how you do it, I don't care. Long live customer service.
