I am calling for a longer text, and only because a conversation with the staff currently present, September 2020, seems to me to be idle. The management at the head office has obviously noticed that your competitor Lidl has long since run away from you. Especially at the fresh produce counter with fruit and vegetables. Last week I was in the store 25 minutes after the sign posted and there were only bags in one of 5 places. The cashier brought them to me grumbling, for exactly one donor. Then I have a battered avocado in my hand because it has cracked. Well, a start has been made and maybe it will be implemented correctly one day. Now to the employees. The blonde lady who always calls hello hello may still be a bit annoying, but basically good and obviously willing to make shopping a bit more convenient for customers. The young man, who has only been in the house last year, could and should fundamentally rethink his attitude towards his customers. 1st example: I would like to withdraw 200 euros in cash with the purchase. He gives them to me in 20 euro bills. I don't want that, please 4 x 50 euros. It was afternoon, by the way. No, that wouldn't work, he supposedly has a 50s after all. Of course it is easier to have to count fewer small bills in the evening. But do you have to annoy a customer for that? 2nd example: A saleswoman who is probably no longer in the house. She said that luckily this would be her last day at Penny. I tell her that I want to withdraw 50 euros. She begins to cash in at breakneck speed. I ask to be a little slower. She sniffly says that I can store my car outside and continues. In the end, she completes the process without posting my cash withdrawal. Now that would only work if I buy again for at least 10 euros. I am very angry and ask for the management. A lady comes along and the young man I mentioned earlier. The lady cancels my purchase and rebooks with cash withdrawal, while the man mentioned above says that my behavior is disrespectful. 3. If only one register is open and a long line forms, employees should keep an eye on it and call for support. That works really well in other stores. Conclusion: the shop is conveniently located, but I only buy there when I need or have forgotten little things and avoid the fruit and vegetable counter
