After 14 days still no goods, no response, after e-mail, filling out the contact form on the homepage. Attempt to reach by phone also unsuccessful. Had to open case through PayPal first. The money was promptly refunded.

First and last time I ordered something there. Ordered a NAS there on January 2nd, 2021. Delivery time 1-3 working days. On 04.01.2021 the status was received by email in processing. Called the store on January 7th, 2021 and asked when I can expect the delivery. According to the employee, there was a problem with the conversion of VAT, etc. ... But my package had already been sent on January 6th, 2021 and it should be tomorrow to be there. On January 8th, 2021 I received an email from GN in the late afternoon that the delivery was completely completed. Below the package number for tracking shipments. At DPD, the package is announced electronically. This means that the package will not even be picked up before January 11, 2021. I don't need a shop where you are lied to like that.

Friendly contact, quick processing, well packaged goods. A clear recommendation!

Hard drive ordered and got a defective one. Didn't work on Linux or Windows. Return postage refund not received. Untrustworthy
