The company has accepted our order via My Hammer. The contacts up to the order confirmation were ok, after that Mr. Giran did not reply. We tried to contact him several times and he ignored it. An impossible behavior, especially since we had of course already canceled the other providers and are now without anything. I only awarded the one star from the rating, because otherwise I could not give a rating. Definitive 0 stars are to be assigned here.

Never again this company. I'm terribly disappointed and pissed off. Nobody appeared on the agreed date. That means my move has burst. Responded to neither calls, nor WhatsApp messages. No explanation, no apology. If one arranges dates and it is not possible, then I expect at least information about it. Then I could have looked around. This one star is already too much. I can not recommend anyone to use the services of this company. Supplement. To date, 2 days later no reaction. I would have liked an explanation. Unfortunately, this has failed. I find this approach highly unprofessional and extremely questionable to a company. Relocations require the utmost reliability and trust.
