Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I give 5 stars to the quality of the work done, 2 stars to everything around it. The work was done very quickly and in really good quality. There is really nothing to complain about. Unfortunately the appointment was disastrous. The column was there twice and wanted to plaster the facade at temperatures below 0 ° C without an appointment. The appointment was only arranged with me on the third attempt. Furthermore, the construction site was left very unclean. After a corresponding "complaint" this was cleaned a little. If I could I would give it 3 1/2 stars. Would you like to leave your facade to the company "Hepp GmbH"? Well, you wait 1.5 years for the already paid order to be completed. It is said that there are no dowels to set up the scaffolding. That's why she doesn't even come. This company lacks not only quality but also logical lies. If I am a company for facades and external work on a house, I would give myself a lot to think about if little things such as "dowels" are missing in product and order planning. I cannot recommend this "company" to anyone who believes in good work even with their common sense.

The work in the form of exterior plaster and previous reinforcement were implemented well and properly by the employees. A call for a few days was less pleasant and extremely bold later from a Hepp site manager, who very maliciously accused us builders of removing cross struts in the scaffolding and such Employees at risk. It was the employees of the Hepp company themselves. One can only hope that the site manager will make such statements in the future with a little more thought.
