What kind of manipulable snoring noses are these? What is described here is confirmed. A very good buddy is doing exactly the same thing at the moment. No witnesses are called, lawyers and evidence are rotated to suit the court. The colleague is not properly interrogated or heard. What's going on here? I don't think the people here are properly trained.

In an ongoing process it was indicated that the judge would follow the opinion of the opposing party! So if neutrality no longer counts and judgments are shot from the hip, then the old saying is underpinned that there are judgments in court, but no justice! Especially since the trend is emerging that our legal system is on the side of the lobbies, industry and corporations - but against the citizens!

Some time ago I applied for and got a financial advisor. I thought a financial advisor would help you manage your money, but it doesn't. Actually, they just complicate getting their money. I still get invoices from the time I had a supervisor because my supervisor did not manage to transfer things. And then she transfers all of my money the next month so that on the 1st I didn't even have 10 €. Then I complained to the district court of Marl, whereupon they said to me: "If I have a problem with that, I can take care of it myself, I can't do that". That's how it is when you look for help in Germany. Never experienced anything so incompetent.
