I have been a patient with you from the beginning of my thinking. In retrospect, unfortunately, with a heavy heart, I feel excluded. Many questions were not answered adequately and I was given incomplete advice, so that I really spent many hours there and put up with a lot of stress, which should not have been necessary with extensive advice. I was advised to use treatment methods that did not cause an increase in wellbeing but only regular expensive appointments. This could have been saved by using a different solution. I am also disappointed in myself for not having sought advice in several ways. In my case, I misjudged advice that was absolutely disadvantageous for me, which resulted from good faith and private insurance. It hurts a lot to have lost so much life and money. The doctors are very nice personally, which makes it all the more difficult for me. Fortunately, I have come to this realization. I will only consult this practice again to obtain my patient information.

Since moving to Marl 5 years ago, I've been with Dr. Trapmann and I am completely satisfied there! Competent doctor and friendly staff. Thanks to regular prophylaxis, I hardly have any dental problems!
