I really like going to McDonald's. As a rule, the staff are always friendly and the food tastes good. BUT these paper straws are terrible! They do not create a good mouthfeel and dissolve in the drink after a short time ... That needs to be improved!

We were wg. Waiting time for our car (tire change and it was raining) at McCafe here on site. It was not a nice experience: We had to repeat our order to the lady behind the coffee counter several times, it was very difficult to understand us (we speak normal German without dialect), and she was slowness in person. But ok, that's the way it is ... The table (also the one next door) were very dirty, the use of tablets with rubbish piled up on the shelves. We had to find something first so we could clean the table. There was disinfectant, with a few loose towels that were just as loose, the used towels were also there - no waste bin was to be seen. At the door to the toilet there was no indication that a maximum of 2 people should enter it. In the very small toilet itself, pure chaos, empty soap dispensers, no hand disinfectant, dirty shelves and sinks. The toilets themselves were just about acceptable, there was only disinfectant for the seat - but it was also empty. We only saw the staff while serving at the tables. Nobody took care of filing, dirt, cleaning and disinfection during the good hour that we were there. A single trolley was emptied only once. And the icing on the cake: On a sideboard at the entrance lay notes and pencils so that guests could register, but nobody used them or was asked to do so. There was also chaos in this square, with crumpled pieces of paper, used napkins, etc. lying around. Fortunately, we had a very cheap seat so that we couldn't come into contact with people sitting next to us and we had a good overview of the entire restaurant. Conclusion: We will definitely not come here any more, then everything is missing here in terms of cleanliness and disinfection. This is absolutely unacceptable in these Corona times and. dangerous. This place is absolutely not recommended.
