Not recommended! Had a prescription for a drug that was not available! On the part of Landwehr, there were questions that only the doctor can answer when I couldn't answer them! She called my family doctor's practice and blasphemed me about how angry I was, I could overhear the phone call! She was spoken to loudly and very energetically and finally she admitted her choice of words! Mr. Landwehr then said he had not heard this when his wife confirmed it! Especially since Mr. Landwehr just bought vegetables and didn't hear anything! That is not the customer service you want and therefore I can only say looking for another pharmacy!

Dear Mr. Gradel, We are very sorry that you feel "ripped off". We take such criticism very seriously and have dealt with the supposed process. There was no small package of your preparation in Germany and the doctor's office did not want to issue a prescription for a large package. Since you urgently needed the medication, the only option was to hand over the bulk pack to yourself. Mind you in consultation with you and the doctor. Even if the process was very annoying for you, we cannot see any wrongdoing on our part. We would be very happy to have a clarifying discussion, because the concerns of our guests and patients are very important to us!
