Very clean like most dm branches, all shelves nicely and neatly filled. Sensible arrangement of the categories. So far, staff have been able to help me very quickly every time I needed help and were very friendly. There are rarely long queues at the ticket offices.

Disinfectant at the entrance. The staff must keep a safe distance and wear a face mask! Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly and accommodating! I visited the store today!

Very loving employees, always friendly and courteous. If you need help, you just have to give a short call and someone will come. Great team keep it up

Apparently, the obligation to wear a mask does not apply to acquaintances of the seller ..... Instead of asking a customer to wear a mask (without which you shouldn't even be allowed to enter the shop), he is still chatting at the cash register. Ruthless behavior of the seller and the customer.

Internal communication doesn't work at all On June 12, I called the branch to find out if the upholstery cleaning device is available after I have made a phone call throughout Bayreuth and the branches have either not yet released the device because of Corona or it is being serviced. I was told on the phone that the device was on loan and that I could pick it up on Monday. Monday morning, June 15th shortly after 8 am I went to the said branch. There I was informed that it had not yet been brought back and that I could pick it up in the evening. The ladies were very nice and said they would reserve it for me as an exception and even provide the upholstery cleaner for me at the checkout. I called 13:26 and asked if it was already back, the lady on the phone told me that it had not yet been handed over. 6:04 p.m. I called the branch again to ask if the upholstery cleaning device was back. The lady on the phone told me that it had been brought back and borrowed again. I was very surprised and explained to her that it was actually reserved for me as an exception. The lady on the phone said that there were actually no reservations for it and that she was sorry that it went wrong. She also told me that on June 19. Can pick up because it will be brought back in the evening on June 18th. So I went today, June 19th. shortly after 8 in the DM branch, where I was asked if it was reserved for me. I told my story to the lady. She checked and told me that the device is there but is reserved for someone. I was a little confused. In the same sentence the lady informed me that they don't actually reserve. So the device was not given to me again, although it is in the shop and should not actually be reserved for it, but it is reserved. On the other hand, when I made my reservation, the ladies didn't care much.
