Leider sehr arrogantes Verhalten gegenüber Kunden. Einfach nicht zufrieden und ich kann diese Firma leider nicht weiterempfehlen!

Had bought us an induction field, at first I thought blue-eyed, there will be a short time electrician who has 5 minutes. I did this calculation without booming walls. Long phone calls until I ended up at the Gerlitz company, there they said on the phone "give me 15 minutes, I'll call you back" less than 5 minutes later the call came back, the electrician is on the way to them, he has to register by phone beforehand , The electrician answered less than 5 minutes after the call, he will be with me in about 20 minutes. 10min later he was already at my door! Another 15 minutes later the induction field was connected, my wife and I were overjoyed! Thanks for the quick and uncomplicated solution !!!! To the other electricians who are currently of the opinion that they don't want to get up for a 70 € order, your time will come back;)
