Good workmanship, but organizational disaster! Delivery of the piano to Switzerland was promised within 6 weeks. After 7 months we had to threaten a lawyer to have the piano delivered. Delivery without damping! Does not respond to inquiries and registered mail. From our point of view absolutely not to be recommended!
