We were in the shop on Saturday afternoon, which is probably a bit busier than usual. The only saleswoman seemed overwhelmed, which was also reflected in the quality of the advice. A mattress marked as "soft" was stubbornly touted as medium hard and there was no time for information outside the price tag.
We ultimately decided on a mattress that "is only available today". That, too, was fictitious - on the Matratzen Concord website, the mattress of the own brand has this price, you even get pillows.
The delivery time was given as 1-2 weeks. Here I can agree with an earlier review, unfortunately you will not be notified at all if it takes longer. After more than four weeks and our own inquiries, the mattress was finally in business. Here, too, unfortunately, point for the chain's online shop, where the same mattress would have 3 working days delivery time.
We won't buy here anymore.
Bought a mattress there just wanted a normal one. Got one with pocket springs or something that was comfortable went really quickly in 2 days it was there. Delivery was supposed to take up to 6 weeks. Maybe lucky: D

Very friendly and nice saleswoman. We bought two new mattresses + slatted frame. The advice was great and the saleswoman (Mrs. Neukam) has really taken time and left us a lot of mattresses sample. So you like to buy.
After super friendly and very professional advice, we did not hesitate long and immediately bought two mattresses and pillows! Really highly recommended !! We'll definitely be back for the next mattresses !!
