We bought a couch 5 years ago and only two years later the imitation leather began to dissolve, of course shortly after the end of the warranty period. Today, three years later, about 50% of the seat and backrest surface has lost its leatherette material and the fabric underneath it. A disaster, considering that at that time you had paid almost double the extra charge for the artificial leather variant in the opinion of having chosen the more qualitative variant over fabric. That the material is not good, but the dealer can not do anything, that is already clear to us. The reference of the dealer to our request that have been made with imitation leather so far generally bad experience, annoys me, however, very much. Here we as a customer were not informed by the dealer with full awareness, purely to make a profit. The "offer" of Nero möbeloase - quasi as a goodwill solution - is the same purchase price, which we paid then - but for the much cheaper variant with fabric reference. Reason: massive price increase - namely twice - on the part of the manufacturer? What can I say? So you do not make a good reputation as a dealer and loses customers.
