The service here is absolutely wonderful. I had mushroom poisoning and were in the worst condition I have ever been in my life but thanks to the help of the medical staff here they brought me back to health and up on my feet in just 14 hours. Special thanks goes to Dr. Knorr in the emergency department and to Marcus in the care department which were so patient and so kind all the time.

Bad and rude receptionist

I have had four knee operations in the past few years, I was very satisfied, with the doctors and the nursing staff, the operation went really well. I absolutely cannot understand the negative entries. If there are no emergencies then look for another hospital instead of complaining about this in such a negative way, you can never bear it !!!!

We had already planned in advance that we would go to the Bayreuth Clinic for the birth of our daughter, which is why we registered the birth in the 34th week of pregnancy. Due to Corona, there was no personal appointment, however, all data was recorded in advance by phone and the information was also provided (very detailed and tried, no questions remained unanswered). The next day we also had all the information sheets on various topics relevant to birth in the mailbox. When the birth started and we drove to the hospital, a CTG was first written, a midwife examined everything and a doctor came - we were sent home again because everything was still too early, but without exception everyone was very friendly and said, I can come back anytime (and if it's just because of a bad feeling). A day later we came back and I was allowed to stay. The birth went without complications and I felt that I was in very good hands. Huge praise to the midwives and the doctor. There was a totally relaxed atmosphere! Had a PDA (which worked great and didn't cause me any problems afterwards) and a perineal incision that was sewn, but here too: no problems afterwards, everything held and was almost painless. Dad was allowed to be there for the birth and to stay there afterwards to get to know each other (was more than we expected in the Corona times). We were then allowed to go home on the same day at our own request (and yet we still had hearing screening, pediatrician and gynecologist appointments in the hospital - super organized!). I would go to the Bayreuth Clinic for a birth again at any time.
