I don't recommend this law firm. After my administrative litigation case was taken over by Dr H., some letters were drawn up. A court hearing was taken and afterwards the representation in this administrative dispute before the court was not continued without any explanation. My request to continue was simply ignored.

So we were a long client of this law firm, more precisely with Mr. RA Sch .... from Bayreuth. One star is for the friendliness of Mr. Sch .... and his secretaries, Mrs. Mein ...... So far we have lost all processes, even processes that you should never have been able to lose! A recent example: With us, a third, independent person gained access to the purchased property and stole the contents of the safe and a short time later the safe screwed to the floor with a moving company at night !!!! Lost because complaint wrongly put on ??? How can you lose such a crystal clear case, there were witnesses and so on ... We did not even get our safe again, despite the sentence formulated in the notary contract: All objects in the property today are considered to be sold as well! And the whole thing was 6 months later!?!?!? We have also handed over many cases from our company to Mr. RA Sch ...., the friendliness of him and the secretaries is impeccable, but unfortunately the quality of the legal service did not even deserve 1 star! Unfortunately there was hardly a case that we won! There were cases that you couldn't really lose! It is sad that so much money is invested and that the judge in the negotiation with his lawyer says that there is nothing he can do, the complaint was simply built up wrongly! We wish Mr. Schm ... all the best for his future but our paths separate here and today. The friendliness was always great and he also tried hard, but it never helped or was enough for a positive process! :-( Despite his friendliness, I cannot recommend him as a lawyer, unfortunately, with friendliness alone you will not get anywhere, maybe the cases were too safe, we do not know, and he did not know why we had lost them. Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for all, albeit lost, years .. The AW team

My experience in this firm was more than terrible. Mr. Schiesseck showed little interest from the beginning, since I didn't seem to be bringing him enough money. He kept cutting off the word, humiliating me, shouting at me, and being absolutely disrespectful to me after pointing out several mistakes or asking simple questions. He made me understand several times that I was talking nonsense and ridiculed my words and expressions. I kindly asked him to speak to me a little more respectfully and quietly, because German is my second language and secondly I am not hearing impaired (unfortunately after the conversation, unfortunately). The definition of a classic choleric. I have rarely seen such an aggressive and irritable person! The personal and professional frustration is not transferred to strangers! I am still in shock at how I was treated here! I didn't even get a “goodbye” at the end. I was in this office exactly three times, each time the word was cut off by the lawyer in the middle of the sentence, none of my questions were heard or answered! At my second appointment I waited over 30 minutes (!) And after a short 5-minute conversation I was asked to leave. I called the firm several times, but Mr. S. could never answer the phone. At the last minute the lawyer withdrew from the matter and put me in an awkward position, against which I will now lodge a complaint. Instead of explaining the situation QUIET to me beforehand and answering my questions, this person let out their frustration on me !!! Messed everything up and then got mad at pointing out mistakes ... Nobody has the right to speak to clients and people like this. You were literally "thrown together" by this choleric! He should have contacted me earlier, not that way. I'm not just going to put up with it. Money doesn't stink and payments have gone to this lawyer, but not to really piss a person you don't even know and then pull yourself out of the affair at the last minute! I will also report this to my insurance company! Thanks for absolutely nothing except trouble and wasted time.

We have had our claims processed by the law firm since this year and are extremely satisfied. The firm works quickly, competently and always gives us an overview of the current state of affairs.
