The range and selection is really great. However, what extremely depresses the positive impression is the current staff. What went wrong here? With nine out of ten purchases you come across an unfriendly and annoyed employee.
This is of course human, but it shouldn't be permanent.
Very good shop with lots of drinks to choose from. What surprised me a lot is that there were two saleswomen who were present, one of whom wore the mouth and nose protection under her nose and the other who completely refrained from wearing an MNS. And that after the lockdown was extended and tightened.
Today I had to be angry. I went there and did some good shopping because the business is being advertised in connection with an American Express campaign (save small shops). There's a little financial incentive from AMEX. At the checkout I notice that the device does not accept my AMEX card. The saleswoman says that AMEX is not working at the moment and that has been the case for a long time.
I asked the woman why, as a customer, I was not informed about it earlier, for example by a notice at the entrance. Now at the checkout, it's too late for me. Didn't she be very impressed with my idea.
For me, that's either dubious or messing around with customers. Lure people and then say, uh, can't do it.
For me, this beverage market has the best selection.
I am always very satisfied! Large selection and friendly staff!
