Offer with fixed price for crane 270, - Euro. Invoice with over 700, - Euro received. Spreader charged with 250, -, although this was demonstrably not even there. Good that we have "filmed everything for our children" ... despite that lied here what the stuff holds. In addition, it came to a damage, of course, nothing is resolved. What a performance. Go to the lawyer.

Fa. Klug writes unclear offers, in order to then be able to settle excessively. Unpaid hours will be charged; There is no explanation when asked, and you also become rude.

Years ago, because my car on the tow truck allegedly lost a small amount of oil, I was charged € 50! (Because of the rag to wipe up!) A later discussion of this incident with an ADAC employee showed that this is a rip-off. Such incidents should be reported to the ADAC, because then it may be that the ADAC does not renew the cooperation agreement with this company.
