I am a member of a community of owners in Bayreuth. We have had very bad experiences with the company Richter. Despite a complaint and a written agreement in which the company agreed to remedy the situation, nothing happened for months in 2018. Even a reminder of the agreements to meet by 31.12.2018, has let pass. I can only recommend that security deposits in the appropriate amount to agree. An example of a "trade" can be seen on the attached photos. If you are wondering if people need to go through the door on the photo: Yes, every day!
