When I politely confronted the receptionist about failing to call back, another employee interrupted me abruptly and spoke louder than normal. I then asked to speak to the owner. He then came and spoke with the words: "... the employee described the matter to him and I should take my tires and never come back as a customer." (I've been a customer for over 10 years) He didn't even listen to my side. Ok, I was just a customer.
You couldn't ask for better service, the whole team is personable, the advice excellent and the workshop extremely professional and courteous, what more could you want 👍👍
