The rescue in lockdown!
My gamer mouse has given up its ghost. Fortunately, I was able to order a replacement device by phone in the morning. Telephone orders and advice were quick, uncomplicated, friendly and competent. On the same day (!!), around 4 p.m., the long-awaited new mouse was delivered to me free of charge by ExpertBad Tölz. Kudos to you! Without your special order and delivery service, I would never have got a replacement device so quickly. Thank you for being there for your customers despite the lockdown! I wish you continued success, lots of customers who order from you and good health! Without you the holidays would have been very boring;)
