Many thanks to the entire ICU team and the doctors. My grandmother and we relatives have never been so well looked after as here in the Asklepios Klinik Bad Tölz. They made so much possible for us during this difficult Corona time. Totally nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

1a Time management when going to the OR. My arrival at the clinic on the day of the operation at 9 am at the "Holding Area", at 9:15 am on the way to the colonoscopy, no waiting time. After the colonoscopy straight to the operating room, again no waiting time. Senior Physician Dr. Chang operated on me and I'm more than happy. At this point I would like to express my thanks again to him.

In May 2020 I received excellent care from a doctor in the modern cardiology department because of a heart attack. The nurse (Sebastian?) In the intensive care unit was a real angel. After that it was really all downhill. My leg aneurism had to be treated 3 times because the DOCTORS couldn't do it. Then in the middle of the night a patient was put in my room who coughed heavily and kept saying that he had the virus, the germ ...... The night nurse, however, didn't care much. The next day I quarreled with another, very dominant sister, as I took the liberty of asking about my personal belongings several times and said that she had a very organized shop. She was then so rude and even yelled at me, which I referred her from the room. Then I had the strong feeling that I was being ignored! I often needed pain medication, which I only got after asking several times, from then on I felt uncomfortable and no longer well looked after. To make matters worse, I had to go to the quarantine ward two days later because the older man actually tested positive for Corona. To this day I don't have an "sorry" or "sorry that happened". I don't even want to think about what would have happened if I had been infected by this recklessness. Today, half a year later, I still think back to that tough time with mixed feelings.
