I bought great gold earrings for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, after a few months one of the earring broke off, so I turned to Mygold.com customer service. Mrs. Stempfl immediately apologized and assured me that the piece would be exchanged. For the return, she even provided us with a return slip by email. We were very (positively) surprised when, after a few days, we received a gift card, a candle and a handwritten card in addition to the new earring! This is definitely not a matter of course these days and I would like to emphasize once again how important customers are for Mygold.com. We are not only enthusiastic about the beautiful earrings, but especially about the employees. Thank you for the great buying experience @ Mygold team. Keep it up!
