Beautiful, new apartment! We were welcomed in such a friendly and familiar way that we immediately felt very comfortable! Very warm and dear family! The farm is located a bit outside in a quiet location, shops and restaurants can be easily reached in a few minutes. It was super nice, we'll be back! We recommend!

We (2 adults / 2 children 12/9) enjoyed our stay very much. The children had a lot of fun with cows, pigs and cats. The parents enjoyed the quiet of country life on the sunny terrace. The apartment is well equipped, has a good layout and the beds are very comfortable. The bread service is worth gold. The peace and quiet of the courtyard is very pleasant. At the same time, it is a good starting point for surrounding activities. Ms. Richter is an excellent host and always approachable. We would love to come back.

The farm is quiet and idyllic in the landscape, beautiful sunsets and starry skies can be seen. The apartment is new and elegantly furnished, just to feel good. Very friendly hosts who are happy to give a tour and provide information on animal husbandry and offer their own products in the farm shop. Recommended for everyone who loves peace and quiet and doesn't want to live in the city.

We were absolutely delighted with our five-day stay. Beautifully located, well-maintained and very practical apartment (the one on the ground floor with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms). Ideal for our needs (three adults, two babies). The associated agriculture is as one would wish it to be anywhere: animals that find exercise and food in the open, free from the "constraints" of subsidy-based EU agriculture. The breakfast roll service is also great - ordered in the evening, delivered very early the next morning in a reusable cloth bag, great selection. Conclusion: Everything is great - gladly again!

A wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation. The newly built farmhouse offers a beautiful, spacious, clean, bright and well-equipped apartment. Around the house there are cows that live in a natural family network, pigs that have it good and kittens that can be petted. Really idyllic. The hostess Ms. Richter and her daughters are very personable and friendly. From a farm tour with getting to know the pigs to a bread service and small farm shop, a great service. You can hike all around, Bad Tölz can be reached with a walk of 5 km and exciting mountains like the Benediktenwand are close by. We went there as a little honeymoon after our registry office and thought it was wonderful. Certainly also a great holiday destination with children.
