We were
Visiting in winter, heating in the bathroom at level 5 stays cold, living / sleeping area heating at level 5 is lukewarm, blankets are also not adapted for the season is what is needed for summer and an additional blanket or thicker blanket is in vain.
We stayed for 2 nights and had booked 5 double rooms. All rooms were different in size and furnished, although the same price was paid for all.
The decor of the rooms is old and partly neglected. Apart from a dirty drain in the shower tray and a few cobwebs, the cleanliness was okay.
It was positive that we were given an earlier check-in on request. Check-in is very easy with the help of the pin codes that you get in advance.
Even if the price was cheap compared to other hotels in Bad Tölz, I find the price / performance ratio a bit expensive.
