Everything perfect
Very negative 👎 when booking via Karstadt travel agency is the situation that outside of their business hours and on the weekend NO changes (eg seat change) can be made. Travel Provider TUI can not make any changes to third-party bookings. We will never again on third but only directly with Tui book. Then changes are unproblematic and also possible at the weekend. This is not said at the time of booking. Helpful and nice they are.
