I have a North Sea holiday booked in a holiday apartment, booking was impeccable. But in the apartment was mold, not cleaned, the tap dripped and the drain was blocked, then went over the sink. When I called the travel agency they only said they can not do anything from Bad Toelz and I should take care of it myself. The employee then told me that she would now rather be in St Peter Ording. Now I would like to make some of the travel expenses, but since I do not get any support from tui because they allegedly only the mediator.
