A very unfriendly staff. No welcome at the reception, and zero goodwill. Even though we have paid for the digital fotos, photographer Sarah has not sent us those photos per email. We had to again and again contact them to get our photos.

I only have application photos taken here! Nowhere are they made more professional or creative than at PicturePeople! Of course, passport photos are standardized, but there is no getting around PicturePeople for anything else. My photographer Patrick created such a pleasant atmosphere that we got really expressive photos really quickly :) Very dear thanks!

While waiting for my passport photos, I am writing this review. After all, I have time for it. I really feel as if I were at the office, although the waiting time would have been shorter there. There isn't even a chair that I can sit down at least once. Nobody talks to me either, nor are there any excuses for the long wait. And I like to say it again: It's just a matter of simply printing out passport photos !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
