You have to pay for returns yourself (it's still okay) But after the return has been sent on time and quickly, waiting for a refund for 10 days is an outrage! The repayment is still pending ... I will definitely never buy here again!

I was there for foot care. The studio makes a very clean impression. The foot care was a nice experience .. can recommend the studio and Mrs. Krämer with a clear conscience

Unfortunately, everything looks nicer and more professional than it is here. During the pedicure, my nails were cut so deep that I could no longer wear shoes. The nails were not filed, totally crooked. "Hyaluron" was used for the facial treatment, unfortunately without any effect. My eyes swollen and full of crusts from pinching with the tweezers. I don't want to say anything about sugaring.
