Great knife sharpening course, incredibly nice owner and excellent, very fine products! The salami, for example, is a poem. Recommendable throughout.

I visited a knife grinding course yesterday. It was a great evening and I learned a lot. The knife was never so sharp before. Especially after the course there were fine treats. Moreover, the shop is an oasis of sensuality for those who love the beautiful and the fine. I like to come back, not just to the knife. Thank you for the great evening.
I had a voucher for a knife sharpening course, but since some of the appointments didn't work out for me, Claudio brought me into the course without further ado
Let "Scharf & Schärfer" (knife sharpening + spice tasting) take part.
In addition to the excellent knife sharpening course on stone and leather, there were different types of spices (mustard, pepper, chilli) to try in between. There were also drinks and snacks (roast beef, antipasti).
