I have ordered an ambulance for my 87-year-old mother for my 87-year-old mother within Munich for 5.8.20 at 10:15 a.m. My mother was supposed to be transported from the nursing home to a clinic appointment in a wheelchair. When ordering by phone, the employee has already mixed up the pick-up day and time several times. On August 5th, 2020 I waited in vain in front of the clinic for the ambulance to meet my mother. After waiting 30 minutes, I called Hadizamani GmbH to find out that the company simply forgot about my mother and the transport order! Then I organized another ambulance with a lot of effort and had to do a lot of convincing at the clinic that my mother was allowed to keep her important doctor's appointment late. Not to mention all the excitement for my elderly mother, who no longer knew what was happening to her. I am writing this in detail so that it becomes clear what this means and what the consequences are if an ambulance for an old and sick person is simply forgotten!
