I reserved a car for 7:00 am. Google stated that is when they open and their website confirmed the reservation. I arrived promptly at 7:00 am to a closed shop with the lights off. When I called the phone number on the door, I was told they would be there at 9:00 am. I explained that was not good enough. I specifically booked the car for 7:00 am because the castle website said to arrive early to avoid long lines and sold out tickets. They said it was not possible to get the car before 9:00 am. I took a bus to Ottobrun and rented from Sixt instead but didn't get a car until 8:30 am as a result. The 1.5 hour delay meant I had to wait in line for hours at the castle. It's pathethetic how Europa Service runs their business--just showing up whenever they feel like it even when they have reservations. I would not rent from such an unprofessional company. Ride the extra 20 minutes on the bus to Sixt and save yourself the hassle.

According to Google, opening times on Monday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I'll be there at 4:00 p.m. The Unterhaching branch is closed. There is a note on the door "In urgent emergencies ..." That was probably done then. Mistakes etc ... can happen. The only question is how do you deal with it then. Quick, insightful response and apology. You know that differently from others. So I'll change my review and give it 3 stars instead of one. If that was an exception today and I was just unlucky, it might work out after all. And now that I've given it a second chance, I have to say I'm very satisfied. The van was clean and the process ran smoothly. Gladly again! So now then 4 *

We rented a moving vehicle from Mr Schubeck three times in Unterhaching. And we will rent here again because we were very satisfied in every respect: very friendly and helpful service / vehicle condition always excellent / prices very good. Top recommendation if you are looking for a medium-sized, personal rental service instead of the impersonal large landlord!

We had a very positive experience with Europa Service. Compared to the large providers such as Hertz or Sixt, you are still offered good service here without being ripped off. We'll definitely rent here again.
