Sixt deserves 0 stars. Lots of expensive hidden fees. I received a traffic violation while renting the car, and instead of paying the fee with my card on file, the matched the fee as a “processing fee” and simply forwarded me the paperwork to navigate the German traffic fee myself.

Will never rent a car there again. Really the very last thing! I already had technical problems with the car on the day of rental. Then had to make an extra detour to the next station, where they said that I can continue with the car and they can't anyway On the way back to the drop-off point, the same problem happened again, although I had to make a big detour to get to the nearest Sixt station to exchange the car, apart from the fact that it cost me time and nerves. And then it will You are still charged for the refueling, although you didn't have the opportunity to do it because of the defect. And the best thing is that you can't reach anyone over the phone to clarify the matter - just incredibly annoying!

Super punctual handover, necessary information received and all questions were answered immediately. It was only annoying, however, that after a foreseeable delay, no one was available in the evening from 8 p.m .: after perpetual research found a telephone number that finally caught a human employee instead of announcements and computer programming language, but who could then not help because there was another area of responsibility. I am still waiting for the refund of the deposit after 8 days .....

So so. If you are traveling with a baby then simply too far to get to the car. Car is fine. Delivery even without looking at whether everything is ok.
