Great, uncomplicated, reliable. I had a van for 17 days, on the last day (Sunday) I extended it by one day in a completely uncomplicated manner and with very friendly contact by email and quickly paid for the next day via Skype. An app for this would perhaps be a bit more practical (more familiar), but the smartphone is actually just as good on the website. Gladly again!
