Very good service/pricing ratio. Friendly to foreigners (thou I've spoken German, but the staff seems totally ok). Multiple times I was positively surprised by their prices, and repairs at short notice. Cons: it is difficult to reach them on the phone, but hey, it's as bad as by other repair shops around Munich. That, and public transport there is very slow. But still, 5 stars from me, Euromaster deserves it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Avoid this place at all cost. I had an appointment booked for over a week for a simple tyre swap and an oil change. I waited for 20 minutes and when I finally got someone's attention, he said "we don't have enough personnel for your appointment today, but I can reschedule for the middle of December". Not an e-mail, not a phone call, absolutely nothing. A complete waste of time and very very unprofessional. I needed to drive to Austria today in order to meet a customer and I needed my winter tyres. Now I'll need to find some other last minute garage to swap the tyres. You cannot trust this place as they don't care about CUSTOMERS at all.
